Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location, nestled between SoHo, LES, and downtown, making it fantastic if you desire to be near Nolita, Soho, Lower East Side, Tribeca, and beyond. The rooms are small yet totally efficient, offering a clean and uniquely designed space ideal for couples. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to be friendly, courteous, and welcoming. However, the dining area was not the best fit for meals, and the surrounding neighborhood may not be as picturesque as expected.
The hotel was simple but super cute and comfortable, meeting all my needs in a small room. However, the cleanliness needed improvement as there was a lot of dust. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The location was great, being close to SoHo, Little Italy, and Chinatown with plenty of things to do around. The dining experience was delicious, with freshly made offerings every morning. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the neighborhood is exceptionally clean and comfortable, the room I stayed in was not up to standard, with filthy stains on the sheets and blankets, a dirty floor, and thin walls. The hotel staff, however, handled my concerns well and provided good service. The location is fantastic with plenty of great restaurants nearby, although my dining experience was inconsistent. Overall, a stay with both positive and negative aspects.
The hotel gave a false impression with its lovely view from the balcony but fell short with smaller rooms that weren't ready at check-in time, making me wait an extra hour. The service was exceptional despite not enforcing mask usage, offering assistance above and beyond. The location was excellent in SoHo but watch out for street noise at night. The dining only offered limited choices, mainly pastries and coffee. The facilities were decent overall, and the price was fair for the value provided.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms exceeded my expectations with their modern interior design and pristine cleanliness. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing me with hearing plugs. The location was ideal, central to many popular neighborhoods in Manhattan. The dining options were varied and delicious, offering a great start to each day. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel is a charming place with creatively designed, clean rooms, though they might feel a bit small. The service is top-notch with extremely helpful and friendly staff, despite some noise concerns. Its location, especially for exploring Little Italy and Nolita, is excellent, although street noise in the evenings could be bothersome. The dining experience is a mix of delight with fresh morning pastries and some letdown with limited options. Overall, a lovely place with some minor room for improvement.
I found the hotel to have a lovely view from the balcony, but the room was a bit small for the price. The building had a noticeable odor, which affected the overall experience. Despite being clean, the stained carpets gave an impression of cheapness.
The hotel room was spacious, minimalistic, and clean, but way smaller in person than expected. We were excited about the tub but disappointed to find cold water and it wouldn't stay full. The service was fantastic, and the location, though close to Soho, lacked attractiveness in the surrounding neighborhood. The dining experience was simple but lacked in variety and value. I found the facilities to be satisfactory overall.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were simple but super cute and comfortable, and I received a really nice welcome at the front desk. However, the night traffic and sirens were incredibly noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service was beyond nice and the rooftop offered outstanding views of NY, although some staff members lacked proper cleaning skills. The location was perfect for me, surrounded by endless shopping and dining options, and the neighborhood had a trendy vibe. The dining experience was good with fresh croissants, but it started a bit late for my liking. Overall, a great value for the money!
My stay at the hotel was overall very comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were cozy but a bit warm, and it took a while to get warm water in the shower. The staff, however, were incredibly nice and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location was ideal, close to many popular neighborhoods and attractions. The dining experience was good, with delicious croissants, though limited dining space. The facilities were well-kept and convenient.
